I had a great time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and within a short drive to the city center. The room and hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff was amazing, they went out of their way to book our tour for the natural pools and arrange a taxi for our transportation needs. The breakfast was also delicious with a good selection of choices, especially the tasty tapioca.

The breakfast was tasty and they had good options to choose from. , the staff were friendly and always willing to help us with recommendations for tours and restaurants in the area. the key location of the hotel allowed us to easily access the beach and the city center, making it easy to explore the local area.
Our stay was not ideal as the wifi did not work in our room, which made it difficult for us to stay connected. the bathroom was not ideal as the door didn't close properly which made it uncomfortable to use the toilet, and the shower was open without a proper curtain.

The location was really great as we were able to easily access the beach and city center within a short walking distance. the hotel staff was also really friendly and helped us book our tours and taxis as needed. the breakfast was delicious and had many tasty options to choose from.
We were a bit disappointed with the Wi-Fi as it didn't work in our room and the bathroom door didn't close properly. there were many mosquitoes which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony.
